We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 25 female lifeguards for our distinguished client.

Requirements

• Mature candidates with relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to female candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).

Job Details


• Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.

• Location: Saudi Arabia.

• Monthly salary: 1700 SAR (equivalent to 1,700,000 Ugandan Shillings).

• Recruitment fees: 1,120SAR (equivalent to 1,120,000 Ugandan Shillings) , payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

Application Process

The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor water and surroundings to identify potential hazards and intervene before accidents occur.
• Consistently enforce pool/facility rules and water safety policies for all patrons.
• Act quickly and decisively to rescue swimmers in distress, administer first aid, CPR, or artificial respiration as needed, and initiate emergency action plans.
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment, clean pool areas, and assist with water quality testing.
• Communicate effectively with patrons, resolve conflicts, and maintain a professional, friendly attitude.
• Ability to perform strenuous activities, swim proficiently, and lift people in distress.
• High level of situational awareness and ability to stay focused for extended periods.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for emergencies.
• Clear and effective communication with patrons and team

• Meningitis: 250 SAR (250,000 Ugandan shillings)
• Yellow book: 30 SAR (30,000 Uganda shillings)
• Visa fingerprint SAR (22,000 Uganda shillings)
