Job Opportunity: Heavy Truck Drivers urgently needed for work in Saudi Arabia

We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 5 heavy truck drivers with a Saudi Arabian driving license for our distinguished client.

Requirements

• Mature candidates with relevant working experience and working within Saudi Arabia.
A candidate should have basic mechanical knowledge if the vehicle gets stuck on the road
. Must poses valid driver’s license with over years of experience driving heavy trucks
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to male candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).

• Job Details

• Monthly Salary: 1,500 SAR (1,500,000 Ugandan shillings)

• Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.
A commission of 150 Ugandan shillings shall be given to a driver who drives 2500-3500 km per month

• Work Location: Saudi Arabia

• Recruitment fees: 2660SAR (2,660,000 Ugandan Shillings), payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

Application Process

The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit, often using equipment like pallet jacks.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires) and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain electronic logs of driving hours (HOS), fuel consumption, mileage, and cargo documentation.
• Plan routes for efficiency, communicate delays to dispatchers, and act as a company ambassador to customers.
• Keep the truck clean and, for specialized roles, monitor temperature-controlled goods or hazardous materials.
• Drivers must maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), manage long hours behind the wheel, and endure long periods of sitting or waiting during loading/unloading.

Meningitis vaccination: 25 SAR (250,000 Ugandan shillings)
