We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 100 delivery bike riders for our distinguished client.

Requirements

• Mature candidates with relevant working experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to *male* candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).

Job Details

• Monthly salary: 150KD (equivalent to 1,800,000 Ugandan shillings).

• Working hours: 12 hrs a day, 28 days a month.

• Must be able to make 380 deliveries per month or 15 deliveries per day

• A bonus of 0.650 fills (equivalent to 2198.14 Ugandan shillings) shall be given per extra delivery over 380 deliveries per month.

• Recruitment fees: 300KD (Equivalent to 3,620,000 Ugandan Shillings) , payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

• Location: Kuwait.

Application Process

The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.

Job Responsibilities

• To collect items from the point of origin (e.g., restaurant) and transport them to the customer’s destination.
• To plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• To deliver items to customers, obtain signatures, and provide receipts.
• To review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• To keep delivery logs and records up-to-date.
