Job Opportunity: Agricultural Farm workers urgently needed for work in Kuwait
We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 7 tractor drivers for our distinguished client’s farm.
Requirements
• Knowledge of driving a tractor and a valid driving license.
• All must be physically fit and hardworking
• Must know all types of farming work and have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to male candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).
Job details
* Monthly salary: 140KWD including 20kwd food allowance (1,600,000 Ugandan shillings)*
• Recruitment fees: 335KWD (3,923,000 Ugandan Shillings),
. Working hours: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, and 26 days a month
Work Location: Kuwait.
Application Process
The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, visa, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operate tractors to transport goods and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tractors.
• Plow fields and perform other agricultural tasks as assigned.
• Ensure tractors are in good working condition at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
