The positions are: –
- 10 restaurant managers, Monthly salary: Ugx3,000,000/-
- 10 restaurant supervisors, monthly salary: Ugx2,600,000/-
- 10 team leaders, monthly salary: Ugx1,600,000/-
Requirements
• Mature candidates with relevant working experience in restaurants
• At least a diploma in hotel management
Job details
• Recruitment fees: 3,710,000 Ugandan shillings, payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.
- Working hours: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, and 26 days a month.
- Work Location: Kuwait.
Application Process
The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation and submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, visa processing, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 90 days from start to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
Restaurant Manager:
• Oversees both FOH and BOH operations; handles scheduling; manages inventory and food costs; enforces health codes; and resolves escalated customer complaints
Restaurant Supervisor:
• Direct, train, and schedule servers, hosts, and bartenders. Delegate tasks to ensure seamless meal service.
• Handle guest inquiries, defuse complaints, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Regularly check on tables to gauge satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, place orders for food and cleaning supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Ensure the dining room and kitchen comply with health, safety, and sanitation codes
• Manage cash drawers, process payments, and assist with labour and food cost budgeting
Team leader
• Setting clear, actionable goals for the team that align with the company’s broader vision.
• Developing the roadmap or strategy required to reach project targets.
Organizing daily and weekly workflows according to urgency and importance. [1,
• Delegating tasks to appropriate team members based on their individual strengths and capacities.
• Tracking timelines, milestones, and daily operations to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Creating and distributing status updates to upper management and stakeholders
• Coaching team members to improve their skill sets and correct weaknesses.
• Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings to offer constructive feedback and discuss career growth.
• Celebrating individual and team contributions to boost morale and keep the team engaged.
• Serving as the main link between upper management and the operational team.
• Resolving disputes or interpersonal conflicts within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensuring the team has the necessary tools, information, and support to perform their jobs efficiently
