We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 3 bus drivers for our distinguished client.

Requirements
• Mature candidates with relevant working experience.
Must possess a valid bus driver’s license from any GCC country
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to male candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).

Job Details
• Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.

Monthly Salary: 2,700AED (2,700,000 Ugandan shillings)

• Work Location: Dubai.

• Recruitment fees: 1,257AED (1,257,000 Ugandan Shillings), payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements.

Job Responsibilities
Bus Driver
• Operate the bus safely on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (tyres, lights, oil, and fluids).
• Keep passengers informed of delays or route changes.
• Handle emergencies or disruptions calmly and effectively.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops.
• Assist passengers, including those with disabilities or luggage, with boarding and disembarking.
• Collect fares, issue tickets/change, and provide route/schedule information.
• Maintain order and address unruly passenger behavior.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors.
• Ensure the bus is clean and presentable.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Complete paperwork for accidents, incidents, mileage, and fuel usage.
