Job Opportunity: Crane operators needed in Saudi Arabia.

We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 60 crane operators for our distinguished client.

Requirements

 Mature candidates with relevant working experience in the relevant field
 Ability to communicate effectively in English.
 Ability to meet specific client requirements and preferences shall be given to male candidates strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination.

Job Details

 Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.

 Location: Saudi Arabia

 Monthly salary: 1800 – 2400 SAR (1,800,000 – 2,400,000 Ugandan Shillings).

 Recruitment fees: 1,760 SAR (1,760,000 Ugandan Shillings), payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

Application Process

The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.

Job Responsibilities

 Arrive early for safety checks, verify credentials, and review daily lifting plans.
 Controlling lifting, moving, and positioning of materials, including managing hoist, boom, and swing functions.
 Inspecting wire ropes, hydraulic systems, controls, and safety devices (e.g., limit switches) before starting work.
 Interpreting load charts to ensure weight does not exceed capacity, calculating load radii, and ensuring stability.
 Working closely with ground crews, using standardized signals or radios to coordinate lifts.
 Assessing the environment, including wind, power lines, and ground stability, and stopping work if safety is compromised.
 Recording daily maintenance checks, operating hours, and maintenance logs.
 Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and reporting required repairs.
 Maintain total concentration, manage load swing, and perform precise, slow movements.
 Lower the hook, secure the machine, and prepare it for the next shift.
