Requirements
Mature candidates with relevant nursing work experience
At least a certificate in the relevant field with 2 years’ experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to *female Muslim* candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).
Job Details
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.
Location: Qatar.
Monthly salary: 1400AR (1,400,000 Ugandan Shillings).
Recruitment fees: 2574QAR (2,574,000 Ugandan Shillings) , payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.
Application Process
The recruitment process involves the following steps: creating and submitting a CV, screening, conducting interviews, making a selection, undergoing a medical examination, issuing a job offer, arranging ticket issuance, and making travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.
Job Responsibilities
Tracking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse), monitoring chronic conditions, and assessing overall health.
Administering medications (tablets, injections, IVs), ensuring compliance with dosage, and managing potential side effects.
Changing wound dressings, managing catheters, feeding tubes, and performing other specialized medical procedures.
Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and changing bed linens.
Identifying hazards in the home, coordinating with doctors, and updating care plans based on patient needs.
Educating patients and caregivers about disease management, medication safety, and proper self-care techniques.
Providing long-term care and monitoring to the elderly individuals in the home
Managing chronic illnesses, including high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, blood-thinning issues, and a urinary catheter.
Assisting individuals with disabilities with daily living and home health care.
