What Jobs Are Available For Our Hotel Workers In Bahrain?

A hotel worker is recruited to take on any of the roles below.

Receptionists: These are also called front desk attendants or administrative assistants. They welcome visitors and guide them to the department they are visiting. Our receptionists are calm in speech, intelligent, and good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.

Housekeepers: they clean the hotel rooms, fumigate the walls, sweep the compounds, and are responsible for the cleanliness of the urinals, among several other tasks. Our housekeepers are strong and healthy enough to do all the manual work assigned to them.

Cashiers: these are responsible for handling the finances of your hotel. They receive and record all the clients’ money services they receive. These cashiers must be trustworthy and good at arithmetic.

Kitchen staff: they are responsible for all tasks done in the kitchen, which include but are not limited to cooking, preparing salads, and washing and drying utensils. They are highly hygienic and energetic.

Chefs prepare the food. They cook foods like meat sauce, fish, vegetables, roasted chicken, chicken sauce, pastries, soups, cakes, bread, samosas, egg rolls, and many others. Chefs must observe good personal hygiene and not have any chronic medical complications.

Porters assist in lifting luggage for the guests right from the hotel gate to the hotel rooms. Hotel porters must be very strong and physically healthy.

Room attendants pick up customer orders and deliver food and drinks to the customers in their hotel rooms. They are always hygienic and smart, and they are excellent at interpersonal skills.

Hotel drivers are recruited to drive your hotel vans, trucks, or even buses. Hotel drivers must have both a driver’s license and a commercial driver’s license. They must be very strong and in good health.

Baristas serve beverages like soda and juice. They must be good conversationalists with excellent interpersonal skills.

Executive chefs: these are supervisors of other chefs. They are in charge of the majority of the planning for the hotel menus and cooking schedules.

hotel manager plays a supervisory role; they are the overall overseer of all hotel activities. Hotel managers must possess a diploma or degree in tourism and hotel management or any related field.

Security guards always guard the hotel gates. They also do surveillance of the whole area to ensure that there is safety inside and around the hotel.
