We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 3 painters for our distinguished client.

Requirements
• Mature candidates with relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to Male candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).

Job Details
• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.

• Work Location: Dubai.

• Monthly salary: 1200AED (1,200,000 Ugandan Shillings) .

• The employer shall pay for your joining ticket as a loan. When you start working, 200 AED will be deducted from your salary for 6 months to cover the cost of the air ticket.

• Recruitment fees: 1,257AED (1,257,000 Ugandan Shillings ), payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

Application Process
The recruitment process involves the following steps: creating and submitting a CV, screening, conducting interviews, making a selection, undergoing a medical examination, issuing a job offer, obtaining a visa, arranging for ticket issuance, and making travel arrangements.

Job responsibilities
• Cleaning, washing, sanding, scraping, and removing old paint or wallpaper to ensure a smooth, clean surface.
• Filling cracks, holes, and imperfections with putty, plaster, or filler.
• Using drop cloths, masking tape, and tarps to protect floors, furniture, and fixtures from paint splatter.
• Selecting, mixing, and matching paints, stains, and varnishes to achieve the desired color and consistency.
• Applying paint, stain, varnish, or enamel using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces.
• Applying primers and sealers, installing wallpaper or fabric, and applying specialized coatings (e.g., fire retardant).
• Cleaning and maintaining brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools, as well as maintaining an inventory of supplies.
• Erecting scaffolding, using ladders, and working from heights while adhering to safety regulations and operating ventilation equipment.
