We are pleased to announce that we are hiring 10 home tutors for our distinguished client.
Requirements
Mature candidates with relevant working experience in their field
At least a certificate in their relevant field with 2 years’ experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to female candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).
Job Details
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.
Monthly salary Ugx1,500,000 Uganda shillings
Location: Qatar.
Recruitment fees: 3,250,000 Ugandan shillings , payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.
Application Process
The recruitment process involves the following steps: creating and submitting a CV, screening, conducting interviews, making a selection, undergoing a medical examination, issuing a job offer, arranging ticket issuance, and making travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 90 days from start to completion.
Job Responsibilities
Home tutors
Find the student’s strong and weak points.
Design custom plans that fit school goals.
Explain hard topics in simple ways.
Go through schoolwork, reading, or math problems.
Assist with daily assignments and special projects.
Make practice quizzes and review for major exams.
Teach time management, note-taking, and organisation.
Encourage a positive attitude toward learning.
Share regular progress reports with family members.
Track scores, completed topics, and attendance.
Change teaching methods if the student struggles
