Requirements
• Mature candidates with relevant working experience
. Must be able to prune, cut, clean, trim, and remove the cut palm trees
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements and preferences shall be given to *male* candidates without any form of discrimination.

Job Details

• Monthly salary: 1200AED – 1300AED (1,200,000 – 1,300,000 Ugandan Shillings)

• Working hours: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, and 26 days a month

• Recruitment fees: 2,685AED (2,685,000 Ugandan shillings), payable only after job selection for processing visa issuance and travel documents.

• Work Location: Dubai

Application Process
The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, visa, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:
• Removing old or dying fronds (usually in the 3-to-9 o’clock position) to improve tree health and aesthetics.
• Cutting away heavy seed pods to prevent mess, staining on decks, and the attraction of bees or wasps.
• Scaling tall palms using ropes, saddles, or spikes, or operating bucket trucks (aerial lifts) to reach the crown.
• Ensuring safety by identifying diseased trees, removing hazardous branches near power lines, and creating a clear workspace.
• Clearing away fronds, pods, and branches after cutting, often using wood chippers.
• Maintaining, sharpening, and cleaning tools such as chainsaws, pole saws, and pruning shears
