Requirements
• Mature candidates with relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to Male candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).
Job Details
• Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.
• Location: Kuwait.
• Monthly salary: Ugx3,000,000 Ugandan shillings
• Recruitment fees: Ugx4,021,000 Ugandan shillings, payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.
Application Process
The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 90 days from start to completion.
Job Responsibilities
Physiotherapist
• Design individualised plans using exercises, massage, joint mobilisation, and other modalities
• Evaluate patients’ movement, pain, and physical challenges through observation, conversation, and tests
• Lead exercise sessions (strength, balance, flexibility).
• Perform hands-on techniques (massage, manipulation).
• Utilise equipment (ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Patient Education: Teach patients and caregivers proper techniques, movement, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain detailed records, write reports, and track patient progress and outcomes.
• Work with doctors, nurses, and other specialists to coordinate care.
• Stay updated on new technologies, research, and best practices.
