3. 10 Mason, salary 1,400 AED (1,400,000 Ugandan shillings)
Requirements
• Mature and experienced candidates
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to male candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).
Job details
• Working hours: 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, and 26 days a month
For this particular job, the employer has given you a loan and shall deduct 200AED per month from your salary for 6 months to recover his money for the air ticket when you start working.
• Recruitment fees: 1,257AED (1,257,000 Ugandan Shillings), payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

Application Process

Duties & Responsibilities
Gypsum
• Read blueprints to determine layout, erect metal framing/furring channels, and securely install drywall sheets using screws or adhesives.
• Measure, mark, and cut panels to fit walls, ceilings, and partitions, including cutting openings for electrical outlets, vents, and fixtures.
• Apply paper or fiberglass tape to joints and cover them with sealing compound (mud) to create a seamless surface.
• Apply multiple coats of compound, feathered to blend, and sand the dried compound to achieve a smooth surface for painting.
• Patch, repair, or replace damaged drywall, cracks, and imperfections in walls and ceilings.
• Follow safety regulations, such as using protective gear for dust, ensuring a clean work environment, and maintaining tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy, large panels for extended periods.
Finishing carpenter
• Installing decorative trim, crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, and casing around doors and windows to enhance the aesthetic appeal of a space.
• Hanging interior and exterior doors, fitting door frames, installing window casing, and installing hardware such as hinges, handles, and locks.
• Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets, bookshelves, shelving units, and mantels.
• Installing hardwood flooring, engineered wood, or laminate flooring.
• Assembling and installing staircase components, including railings, banisters, treads, and risers.
• Sanding, staining, or painting wood elements to achieve a refined final look.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine layout and material requirements.
• Repairing, refinishing, or replacing existing woodwork and fixtures to match original designs.
• Following all safety regulations, utilizing protective equipment, and ensuring all work complies with building codes.
• Collaborating with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and electricians, to ensure seamless installation.
