The positions are: –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. 10 restaurant managers, Monthly salary: Ugx3,000,000\/-<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. 10 restaurant supervisors, monthly salary: Ugx2,600,000\/-<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. 10 team leaders, monthly salary: Ugx1,600,000\/-<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/strong>

    \u2022 Mature candidates with relevant working experience in restaurants<\/strong>
    \u2022 At least a diploma in hotel management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Job details<\/strong>

    \u2022 Recruitment fees: 3,710,000 Ugandan shillings, payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Working hours: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, and 26 days a month.<\/strong>

    • Work Location: Kuwait.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Application Process<\/strong>

      The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation and submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, visa processing, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 90 days from start to completion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Restaurant Manager:<\/strong>

      \u2022 Oversees both FOH and BOH operations; handles scheduling; manages inventory and food costs; enforces health codes; and resolves escalated customer complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Restaurant Supervisor:<\/strong>

      \u2022 Direct, train, and schedule servers, hosts, and bartenders. Delegate tasks to ensure seamless meal service.
      \u2022 Handle guest inquiries, defuse complaints, and ensure an exceptional dining experience. Regularly check on tables to gauge satisfaction.
      \u2022 Monitor inventory, place orders for food and cleaning supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors.
      \u2022 Ensure the dining room and kitchen comply with health, safety, and sanitation codes
      \u2022 Manage cash drawers, process payments, and assist with labour and food cost budgeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Team leader<\/strong>

      \u2022 Setting clear, actionable goals for the team that align with the company’s broader vision.
      \u2022 Developing the roadmap or strategy required to reach project targets.
      Organizing daily and weekly workflows according to urgency and importance. [1,
      \u2022 Delegating tasks to appropriate team members based on their individual strengths and capacities.
      \u2022 Tracking timelines, milestones, and daily operations to ensure projects stay on schedule.
      \u2022 Creating and distributing status updates to upper management and stakeholders
      \u2022 Coaching team members to improve their skill sets and correct weaknesses.
      \u2022 Conducting regular 1-on-1 meetings to offer constructive feedback and discuss career growth.
      \u2022 Celebrating individual and team contributions to boost morale and keep the team engaged.
      \u2022 Serving as the main link between upper management and the operational team.
      \u2022 Resolving disputes or interpersonal conflicts within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
