Requirements
\u2022 Mature candidates with relevant working experience in their home country
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
\u2022 Teaching certification\/license (if applicable)
\u2022 Experience working with kindergarten or grade 1 \/ early years learners (preferred)
\u2022 Strong English communication skills (teaching and classroom interaction)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kindergarten teacher and grade 1 teacher will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction in an English-language classroom. The teacher will create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment while promoting early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
\u2022 Language of instruction: English
\u2022 She must have a strong command of English and be able to teach, communicate, and support classroom learning effectively in English.
Ability to communicate effectively in English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Details<\/strong>

\u2022 Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Monthly salary: Ugx3,000,000\/=<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application Process<\/strong>

The recruitment process involves the following steps: creating and submitting a CV, screening, conducting interviews, making a selection, undergoing a medical examination, issuing a job offer, arranging ticket issuance, and making travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 90 days from start to completion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Responsibilities<\/strong>

\u2022 Deliver age-appropriate lessons using English as the primary language of instruction
\u2022 Teach and reinforce classroom routines and behaviour expectations
\u2022 Support early literacy (phonics, letter recognition, vocabulary, storytelling)
\u2022 Support early numeracy (counting, number sense, basic math concepts)
\u2022 Observe, assess, and document student progress; adjust instruction as needed
\u2022 Create an inclusive classroom environment and support students with diverse needs
\u2022 Communicate regularly with parents\/guardians and collaborate with staff
\u2022 Follow school policies and safeguarding\/safety procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
