Requirements

\u2022 Mature candidates with relevant working experience in delivery platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Eatsure, Domino\u2019s App, and Burger King.
\u2022 Should have at least a diploma or a degree in management studies to manage a delivery company
\u2022 Ability to communicate effectively in English.
\u2022 Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to male candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).

Job Details

\u2022 Working hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week, totalling 26 days each month.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Location: Kuwait.<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Monthly salary: 180KWD (2,000,000 Ugandan Shillings)<\/h4>\n

\u2022 Recruitment fees: 356KWD (4,320,000 Ugandan Shillings ), payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.

Application Process

The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.

Job Responsibilities

\u2022 Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including dispatch planning and ensuring high-quality service.
\u2022 Manage a team of delivery riders, including scheduling shifts and ensuring staff motivation.
\u2022 Track delivery metrics, identify poor-performing riders, and implement corrective actions.
\u2022 Work with outsourced partners (like Talabat or Deliveroo) to align rider performance with company standards.
\u2022 Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
\u2022 Plan efficient routes, manage fleet maintenance, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy.
\u2022 Ensure compliance with local regulations, including food safety and handling regulations, especially in F&B roles.
