\nWe are pleased to announce that we are hiring 100 delivery bike riders for our distinguished client.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mature candidates with relevant working experience.
\n\u2022 Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
\n\u2022 Ability to meet specific client requirements (Preference will be given to *male* candidates, strictly based on occupational requirements and without any form of discrimination).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monthly salary: 150KD (equivalent to 1,800,000 Ugandan shillings).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Working hours: 12 hrs a day, 28 days a month.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Must be able to make 380 deliveries per month or 15 deliveries per day<\/p>\n
\u2022 A bonus of 0.650 fills (equivalent to 2198.14 Ugandan shillings) shall be given per extra delivery over 380 deliveries per month.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Recruitment fees: 300KD (Equivalent to 3,620,000 Ugandan Shillings) , payable only after job selection, travel document processing, and visa issuance.<\/p>\n
The recruitment process involves the following steps: CV creation, submission, screening, interviews, selection, medical examination, job offer, ticket issuance, and travel arrangements. The entire process is expected to take approximately 30 days from start to completion.<\/p>\n
\u2022 To collect items from the point of origin (e.g., restaurant) and transport them to the customer’s destination.
\n\u2022 To plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
\n\u2022 To deliver items to customers, obtain signatures, and provide receipts.
\n\u2022 To review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
\n\u2022 To keep delivery logs and records up-to-date.<\/p>\n
\u2022 The employing company will provide the following: –
\n\u2022 Bike, Bike Maintenance, Fuel, Driving Kit, Sim Card, Transport, accommodation, and medical insurance only<\/p>\n
