Most cloth factory workers operate under diverse conditions such as heavy sunshine, rain, dust, toxic items, fumes, noise, and high-voltage machinery. These expose them to a number of health hazards physically and emotionally.

However, cloth factory workers must have the ability to work with minimal supervision despite the fact that supervisors are always there to oversee the daily factory activities. Therefore, cloth factory workers are always urged to embrace the idea of self-drive to perform the factory activities assigned to them with no anxiety of being supervised. This is an essential requirement for every cloth factory worker; it is for the worker’s own good, but it also eases the work of the managers and supervisors of the factory.
